Homes must be 1700 square foot minimum of heated living space; any dwelling of two levels or more shall have a first floor minimum of 1250 square feet.
Manufactured homes may not be more than a year old from the date it is set on the premises.
Manufactured homes shall be permitted on LOTS 22 – 37 ONLY, which are located on Fenner Road, also identified as PHASE I.
